Chocolate Eclair Dessert
This Dessert is AMAZING and very easy to make! Total people pleaser, and perfect for anyone who loves Boston Cream Donuts, Eclairs, or Puff Pastries. I love all of them lol
Ingredients:
Filling
- 2 (3.4 oz) Pkg of French Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 3 c. Milk
- 1 pkg Whipped topping (thawed)
Chocolate Topping:
- 1/4 c. Milk
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Coca Powder
- 1 stick (1/2 c) Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
One Box Graham crackers
Directions:
Mix pudding and milk together to form pudding. Then fold/mix in the thawed whipped topping . Begin to lay the graham crackers in the bottom of the 9x13 pan followed by half of the filling. Continue again by layering graham crackers on top of the filling, then filling, and the final layer of crackers. To make the topping combine milk, sugar and coca powder in a sauce pan and bring to a rolling boil. Once boiling, continue to stir and remove from heat. Add in the stick of butter and stir until the butter is completely melted. Add vanilla and stir. Pour over the top of the Graham crackers. Cover and refrigerate over night. ENJOY!!
